Victorian 1 is a light and spacious room covering 517 square feet located on the ground floor of the Victorian wing within the main building.

It is accessed directly from the cobbled yard entrance giving 24 hr access and ample parking.

There is an annex room off the main office area and also a small private kitchen.

It has two large windows with blinds, ample electrical sockets and telephone points.
